Program Participants

Artists

The “Star” of the show. Actor with a disability or special need. There are no restrictions based on the level of cognitive ability, restriction of mobility, or lack of communication skills.

Peer Mentors

The backbone of the program.  Peer without a disability. We could not do this without these very special individuals. They assist the artists throughout the entire rehearsal process and production. Side by side they work on singing, dancing and lines.

Families and Adult Volunteers

Another group of people without whom this would not be possible.  Their belief in the program and devotion to the participants is……….All of these people help………

Participants (both artists and mentors) must be between the ages of 10-23.

Performances are typically held in January (Martin Luther King weekend) at Eastlight Theatre in East Peoria, IL.
